The Member declares to have read the General Conditions of Sale before placing an order and to have accepted them without reservation.

2 – Commands

2-1 Definitive nature of the order

As orders are final and irrevocable, any modification request made by the Member is subject to acceptance by Ticket Grand Prix.

Ticket Grand Prix reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly in the event that the quantities ordered are abnormally high compared to the quantities usually ordered by Members as consumers.

3 – The price of the ticket

The price is expressed in EURO. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed in all taxes included.

4 – Delivery of tickets or vouchers

The ticket or voucher is delivered electronically or by courrier (usually DHL) to the address indicated in the order depending on the event. It is not possible to be admitted to the entrance several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited and will not provide you with any benefit. Only the first person to present the ticket will be allowed to attend the event.
Your printable tickets at home are permanently available until the date of the event on the website under the heading “My Orders”.
The ticket purchaser shall take all the precautionary measures required to keep his password secret and to prevent any use by unauthorized persons or any infringement.
In any case, Ticket Grand Prix cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the Ticket to the Member, if this non-delivery is due to the communication of erroneous information by the Member.
When the Ticket is sent to the address indicated by the Member, it is up to him to verify the nature of the Ticket sent and, in the event of an error, to express reservations, possibly to refuse the Ticket or the voucher, and notify Ticket Grand Prix within 48 hours.
Reimbursement of payment for canceled events or deals with tickets takes place automatically vis-à-vis the ticket buyer by means of a credit on the credit card indicated during the ordering process.

5 – Cancellation, Refund, Use

Tickets cannot be taken back, refunded, exchanged or resold except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer. In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the sums paid by the customer will be reimbursed at the request of the interested party made within a maximum period of 1 month after the date of the event and on presentation of the ticket, at the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity whatsoever. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any performance that cannot take place in the event of force majeure such as (and without this list being exhaustive): bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, illness of a performer, national mourning, etc. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded.

6 – Value

The value of the Purchase Vouchers is that in force on the day of the confirmation of the order by the Member as mentioned in the article. Above, Ticket Grand Prix undertakes to apply this value to any order placed during the period of advertising for the Ticket on the Website.
Any assignment of vouchers for consideration is strictly prohibited.

7 – Consignment of the value of the Voucher

The value of the Ticket or Voucher is recorded when ordering, once it has been confirmed by Ticket Grand Prix.
